Vineyard House, London

The former “J Lyons bread bun factory” in London has been transformed into the headquarters of the Immediate Media Company Ltd, one of the world’s most influential publishing groups. In what has now become known as Vineyard House, there are 580 desks spread over a total of 4600 square metres of office space. At the same time, the refurbishment project aimed to provide a creative backdrop for innovative, cross-platform ideas. This was achieved by designing creative common rooms on the ground and basement floors where staff can meet, work together and gather inspiration.
